Caine had a very good understanding of what the housing market was doing at the time we were selling our house, with that knowledge under his belt he was able to provide us with excellent advice on what would be the best course of action for us would be, to get the best price for our house as we could. Caine really had his work cut out for him selling our house, as we went to market just before the lockdown happen.for us this meant no open homes so no one was able to see the house until level 3, however this did not stop people contacting Caine and asking to see the house. During this time Caine's communication was outstanding, he kept us up to date with the interest he was receiving during the lockdown, what his plan was once we could get people through the house, this was a massive relief knowing that he was still working hard to help us sell our house. One thing I really liked about Caine was that at no point did he ask what we wanted to get for the house, instead he gave us rough price range of what he thought we could start at, and then from there he said the ski is the limit for what the end price could be, this meant that he just kept working hard to get the best possible price he could for our house and not just working until he got what we thought we could get for our house. In the end this worked out for us as he was able to get $100,000 more then what we ever thought we could get. over all it was applesauce dealing with Caine and I highly recommend him to anyone selling or buying a house.
