We choose Bryan and Brenda because of their experience. They handled the negotiation with the tenants reasonably well while our property's were on the market . But did feel a lack of guidance thru the sale process and were more interested in helping out the purchaser and their wants. But do feel they work well as team

During COVID-19 level 4 we saw our eventual home on line. We contacted Bryan who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area, and provided very helpful advice on how to get the property details from Napier City Council. When level 3 arrived he showed us around the property via a Facetime session, and soon after we viewed it in person. He managed the negotiation and sale/purchase very professionally.
