Bryan and Brenda Fulton impressed my son and I from the get go. Even to the extent of putting my sons shoes on the back door, as my son forgot to put them on when we left the open home. Kept in contact throughout the whole process, and made buying at auction on a zoom meeting (due to Covid 4 restrictions) very clear and easy. Would highly recommend to anyone buying or selling.

Both Brenda and Bryan are very knowledgeable and helpful. We would like to thank them both very much for helping us secure our new family home.

Thanks to Bryan and Brenda for their marketing expertise and attention to detail. Their professional advice is like gold. Right from the outset we had no worries about their commitment to selling our property which was borne out by their amazing dedication. Bryan and Brenda pride themselves on superb communication at all stages and feedback from open homes. They are backed up by a very professional Harcourts team. We have no hesitation in recommending them for any property matters. Colleen and Ian

Marketing experience with Bryan and Brenda Fulton—— We have had the pleasure of the company of Bryan and Brenda Fulton in the experience of marketing and selling our property We had contact with Bryan and Brenda during 2020 and had casually discussed marketing of the house in the future With this in mind we approached Bryan and Brenda as the “Team Fulton” who had patiently and professionally awaited our next contact and had not pursued us to sell the property as usually happens with this type of casualinquiry Bryan and Brenda accepted our invitation to become part of a process of selling we are the “team Fulton “ acted professionally diligently and to our benefit including us in all administration We are more than happy to recommend to our friends that the experience with the Harcourts driven sales voyage was extremely well captained by Bryan and Brenda

Both Bryan and Brenda have exceptional market knowledge given that they live in the area of our property sale. They are professional in everything they do.

We purchased a home in Napier through Bryan Fulton from Harcourts, and he was excellent throughout this transaction. Living in Tauranga at the time of purchase, meant more phone communication and more thought about things than had we been living local. Bryan was excellent and we would like to say thank you for his help. We are looking forward to coming and living in lovely Napier.

We choose Bryan and Brenda because of their experience. They handled the negotiation with the tenants reasonably well while our property's were on the market . But did feel a lack of guidance thru the sale process and were more interested in helping out the purchaser and their wants. But do feel they work well as team

Couldn't have wished for a better team. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

Bryan and Brenda were fantastic to work with for a second time! They both have great knowledge and experience. Always professional and perfect communication skills. They made selling our house a breeze with an excellent fast result. It was an absolute pleasure working with them. We would highly recommend them to the community. All the best.

As a first home buyer we had no idea what to expect or how the process really worked. Bryan communicated the process and went out of his way to assist us. Above all I really want to thank Bryan for his patience and dedication with us for what was a massive milestone in our lives.

Brenda and Btian from Harcourts Taradale were awesome! From the day they came to assess our property, walking us through their proposal and then preparing us for the photographs and open homes they were amazing. Brenda explained how to present the house in its best light. The feedback after each open home and private visit kept us in the loop. This was our second agency and we will be using them again should we ever need to sell a property in Naper.

The Fulton team were excellent. with their knowledge and skills, the sale of our unit was professional, stress free and efficient. Bryan's communication was excellent and delivered on time as discussed when agreement set up.
