Our sale required some tight timing as we were in the lead up to Christmas. Co-ordination was required around renovations, staging furniture movements, and social media and online launching. Bryan and Brenda sat with us and developed the timeline and delivered as required on their actions. We sold within 1 month at a price which slightly exceeded our expectations.
