Team Fulton was amazing to work with, they kept me up to date with interests from buyers, as well any adjustments we could make to attract buys.

In pre-engagement discussions, Bryan and Brenda highlighted some issues we were not aware of. Once engaged they were proactive in informing our lawyers and checking council records. Our sale required some tight timing as we were in the lead up to Christmas. Co-ordination was required around renovations, staging furniture movements, and social media and online launching. Bryan and Brenda sat with us and developed the timeline and delivered as required on their actions. We sold within 1 month at a price which slightly exceeded our expectations.
