We were really pleased with the service we received from Bruce and Dale. They identified (quite accurately as it turned out) the sort of price we could reasonably expect from a sale, based on similar properties, and clearly outlined our selling options. As a result, we opted for open homes and an auction. During the period of the open homes, they provided details of the viewers and their comments, and obtained feedback from them, which we found very useful. We received a pre-auction offer which was accepted and this led to an earlier auction. In spite of the short time available, they contacted all the possible bidders to get their attendance. The auction was a success and the final price was very acceptable. Dale and Bruce make a great team, very professional, willing and knowledgeable, with great communication skills. This is tough.... I need to try and find a balance between telling you how awesome Bruce and Dale really are, but still having you believe that this is a genuinely independent review. If I tell "The whole truth and nothing but the truth" you won't believe me, you'll think...."he's written this himself".... so this is the dialled back and watered down version, just so you know it's real! From the initial appraisal to the popping of the champagne after a successful auction, these guys were simply A-MA-ZING! They work seamlessly as a team, have fantastic communication, which is delivered with integrity & professionalism. They use language that can be understood by people without a law degree, offer a logical commonsense approach to any hurdles.... and all of this is done with a smile on the dial!
