Very professional in discussing the house sale, the sale format, and house presentation to the market. Fully understanding the place the house took in the market ensured the marketing direction encouraged the greatest group of potential buyers. There were no over promised expectations but honesty in what was possible in the current time. We would happily use Bruce again when selling.

We have known Bruce for a number of years so it seemed only natural to ask him to market our home. Bruce is honest, he talked us through what was needed prior to going to market and the auction process. He was there to answer any questions we had at any time. His feedback and communications were fantastic. Above and beyond what we expected. We would happily use him again for any future property sales and would highly recommend him.

This is the second home that Bruce has sold for us, both times he has gone beyond our expectations and achieved great results. Bruce is quiet and respectful and understands the market and it’s buyers.

When I needed an agent to sell my home, it was always going to be Bruce Moore, who had previously sold two other homes for me with great results. Bruce is down to earth and straight-up. He doesn't over-promise to get your business and then under-deliver. He's been selling in the area for a long time and is appreciated for his integrity, knowledge and experience. Bruce & Dale were always helpful, kept me informed all the way and are just nice people. Best of all they got me a fantastic result, selling the home well above my reserve price. If you're looking for the best local sales team, I can't recommend them highly enough.

This is the second house we have purchased from Bruce and Dale. They have been very professional and friendly to deal with throughout the process. Would thoroughly recommend them.

Thank you Bruce and Dale, This is the second house i have sold with you two. Lockdown got in the way of this sale, but you kept me informed of what was happening every step of the way. Your advise and knowledge of the market was invaluable I highly recommend Bruce and Dale to anyone thinking of selling or looking for a property. They achieved an amazing result which was way above my expectations. Thankyou once again Cheers Shane Storrie

We were really pleased with the service we received from Bruce and Dale. They identified (quite accurately as it turned out) the sort of price we could reasonably expect from a sale, based on similar properties, and clearly outlined our selling options. As a result, we opted for open homes and an auction. During the period of the open homes, they provided details of the viewers and their comments, and obtained feedback from them, which we found very useful. We received a pre-auction offer which was accepted and this led to an earlier auction. In spite of the short time available, they contacted all the possible bidders to get their attendance. The auction was a success and the final price was very acceptable. Dale and Bruce make a great team, very professional, willing and knowledgeable, with great communication skills. We really appreciate their efforts on our behalf and would happily use their services the next time we were buying or selling.

Bruce and Dale have sold a number of properties for us, and we are never disappointed with their commitment and personal service at a high professional level. This time, they showed us through properties that were comparable, organised tradespeople, and recommended actions to help make our house more sellable. Once on the market, they actively networked the Blue Fern Realty Sales Team, followed up on buyer inspections, and phoned feedback to us several times a week, as well as a weekly written report. The result was a prompt sale at a price level we were very happy with.

It was a pleasure to work with Bruce on the sale of my house. He was honest, reliable and an absolute gentleman. Bruce was very helpful, walking me through the process, using clear and thorough communication. I felt reassured and in safe hands with Bruce and Dale. Additionally, Bruce has a superb local knowledge and is well connected, bringing on board an excellent auctioneer with great results. I can absolutely recommend Bruce Moore.

I would highly recommend Bruce and Dale , this is the 2nd property they have sold for me. Such a lovely couple to deal with very professional in every manner , keeping me in the loop the whole way. I had a tenant in this property, an elderly gent and they worked in with him fantastically. They also helped talk me through the process ,of buying my new place when I was unsure of wot was happening. Thanks again Bruce.

It was a pleasure to work with Bruce and Dale. They understood what we were seeking to achieve and got us the result we sought. The process was smooth and transparent and we were able to sell our house at auction four weeks after putting it on the market. I would highly recommend Bruce and Dale to act as your real estate agent!

Bruce and Dale provided us with exceptional service in marketing our home and bringing it to auction with an outstanding result that exceeded my expectations and shattered records in the area. We had their complete attention and commitment throughout the whole process – from arranging stunning photography and holding personalised viewings. They consulted with us throughout and offered their professional opinions to our many questions, all the while working diligently with the many potential purchasers they introduced to the property. Selling your home is a stressful process but working with Bruce and Dale was enjoyable and we absolutely recommend them as truly dedicated and caring real estate professionals.
