Following a very stressful time with Auckland Council and our Red sticker Cat 3 home , we were very lucky and thankful to find a house through Bruce and Dale, in an area and community which provided us with the opportunity to settle into what we hope will be our last home. It is perfect in location, size, manageability and with family close by, very comfortable. We had looked at quite a few homes which were all beautiful but nothing which gave us everything we wanted and needed. The timing was stretched to the limit for settlement but worked out in the end.
