Brodie Fowler

I thought Brodie's initial presentation was overly optimistic, I was wrong. To make it harder for him, I had 2 friends I invited to join. It was an easy conversation with questions asked and answered and a fair amount of laughter. The vote was 100% Brodie was my man for the job. The first open home garnered 3 offers, we worked with the top one and he secured a better price for me. Brodie didn't stop there he also showed other buyers through and secured a good backup offer too. I thought my house was totally prepared for sale. Then Murphys law stepped in. A shower fitting broke, Brodie provided a link to the part and fitted it for me. He turned up with a screwdriver and humour several times, a phone number for an electrician to replace a fan light the day before settlement. He must have dreaded my calls by the end, 'Hi Brodie, small glitch...' He had solutions for everything. As a single woman of 68 managing the process, you have no idea how much it meant to have someone able to step in and resolve crisises. Normally, I could have coped but 1 week or 1 day out from settlement is a new level of pressure. I gave the right man 100% of my trust and I hope anyone reading this will too.

What can I say about Brodie, well from the start he was able to show me his sales track record which was inspiring and explained the marketing strategy to get the best offer on my home of 17 years. As i wasn't in country to oversee the sale I left it in his capable hands to execute it on my behalf, keeping me informed throughout the open home phase and arranging contractors where needed on my behalf. There were a number of offers presented and his knowledge and experience helped me in deciding in the final offer and sale of the home. I would highly recommend Brodie Fowler to any customer out there. His confidence in his ability to do the best on the vendor’s behalf is an example of his professionalism. If there was a rating out there he is gold star all the way.

Finding the right person that matched my house.

Brodie was patient with me, and my faffing about. Being my first home and working with a broker and being more hands off on the finance side, there were some frustrating times with the bank, but he remained patient with me and was able to get me access for tradies to measure up after we went unconditional. He even got me the keys while the moving truck was being loaded at my old house (between his other appointments), the settlement was early, but not quite early enough for us to plan the key hand over. Thank you Brodie for your assistance with extra viewings and visits. My house plants and I are super happy to be here :-)

We met Brodie when looking at the property of 61 Karamu street Mamaku he was on time and answered all our questions and was happy to communicate with the saler of the property on our behalf where needed . Everything went really fast and smoothly.
