Renee was very honest, constructive and straightforward to deal with. I was impressed by Renee’s unwillingness to compromise on the standard of the video and photos for marketing, her firm guidance on price expectation, and her conduct during the negotiations with the purchaser. I am very happy with the result Renee and Ammon achieved in a very short time frame.

Renee was pleasure to work with, always available, and only to keen to help out where she could with anything related to the property.

Buying a home can be stressful on its own, let alone trying to find the right home for two families, but Renee Van der Drift made the whole experience such a positive one for us. She helped us find a new place that all of us can proudly call home. Renee supported us every step of the way and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We really appreciated all the hard work, dedication, and support she put in throughout the journey. She was always available to answer any questions we had anytime. We’re so grateful for everything she did and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She gave more than we could've asked for. From our two families we appreciate absolutely everything you done Renee.

Working with Cathy to buy our first home was such a wonderful experience. From the very beginning, she made what could have been a stressful and overwhelming process feel smooth, clear, and even enjoyable. Her communication was absolutely outstanding — she kept us informed every step of the way even while she was on holiday, answered every question with patience and detail, and always made sure we understood exactly what was happening. We never once felt out of the loop, and that level of care made all the difference for us as first-time buyers. Beyond her professionalism, Cathy is kind and genuine, She made the entire journey feel personal, not transactional, and truly treated us like friends rather than clients. Her warmth, positivity, and dedication helped us feel confident and supported throughout the whole process. We’re so grateful to have had Cathy by our side during such an important milestone in our lives.
