About Brian

My favourite part of being a real estate salesperson is helping buyers discover neighbourhoods and properties they otherwise may not have considered. I love the connections I make during the home buying process. For me, real estate is more than a transaction. It’s helping a lifelong friend. In 2002, I came to Auckland as a student. In 2012, my wife and I bought our first home in Millwater. Now a local, I really enjoy this community. Prior to real estate, my roles in customer service, electrical engineering, running my own home business and as a cafe owner, prepared me well for the client-oriented business that is real estate. In 2019, my journey as a real estate salesperson began. Based at Barfoot & Thompson Millwater, working with a top sales team, in my first year I sold 37 properties. I also made a couple of sales that achieved a top price for the area at that time. Happy vendors and happy buyers are moments I really enjoy. My ability to work under intense pressure, sell houses, take care of customers from all backgrounds, and handle and solve problem situations immediately as when they arose, played a big part in my success. I exceeded my personal sales target in my first year, and my target doubled in the second year.
