My house was not an easy sale (not the standard 3-4 BR house) and Brad persisted and stayed with it. We switched up the advertising a number of times, until it hit the mark. We've always been untrusting of property agents, especially with what we have gone through when looking for our first home years ago. Brad has proven to us time and again that dealing with agents doesn't always have to be like that. He has consistently instilled confidence in us - I admit that, at times, I suspected that we might have just been given false hope - but Brad has always been true to his word and with data to prove it. Yes, he's got the gift of gab like many people in his profession has honed throughout their careers and would usually make you wonder whether it's all just hot air, but with his intelligence, his flexibility to adapt strategy to circumstances, and a sincere care for us, his clients - we knew he was "walking the talk". Brad was great to deal with. It was the first time I had ever sold a house so it was great to have Brad to look after everything for me. He kept me up to date with how things were progressing with each open home - then Covid lockdown level 4 struck.
