Very easy to deal with, explained things clearly. Always available to answer the phone. Quick response time, knowledgeable about the property. Very funny guy, down to earth - not like other real estate agents that’s for sure.
For me Brad was exactly the right person to sell my home. His knowledge of my property was extensive. He definitely knew the positives and the little issues. He was an active sales person for my property, keeping me up to date, answering questions both relevant and random. I felt my home never lost momentum in the market and while sometimes the weather definitely didn’t do us any favours we continued to see interest in various forms. This was largely due to Brads commitment to sell at a price that worked for me. Brad also did an extraordinary amount of liaising on my behalf, simple because his building background meant he knew what he was talking about. As we lived in the South Island, our lead in to the property was via the trademe site. Our assessment of the property was done by my two sons and an agent friend. Although we purchased sight unseen, we were quite satisfied with the building inspector and agent Brad's assistance.

Brad was regularly in contact with me throughout the sale process and was helpful and informative. My house was on the market for only two weeks and sold for the price I wanted. He kept the interested buyers engaged and set realistic expectations in regards to the sale price. This proved to be the lever that saw their offer increase twice. From the time we thought about selling our property and contacted Brad, he checked in with us from time to time until we were ready to list. A big emotional decision for us as we had invested alot of time and energy into our home over 14 years. He decided to hold 2 open homes on a Sunday only which worked for us as the other 6 days of the week we went about life as normal. It ended up being a short marketing campaign as we had multiple offers after the first 2 weeks. A great result considering the legal 'paperwork' had to be completed during the xmas/new year period. Made easier by the purchasers as well who were keen to go unconditional asap. Brad is an excellent communicator, his preferred method of communication is face to face or over the phone. He presents well, has a good knowledge of all things real estate from construction to compliances. He sells the sausage not the sizzle, so important as there is nothing worse than being sold in an advert something grand then upon inspection being disappointed that the property doesn't measure up to the marketing blurb. A bonus was as a Gold Card holder we were given a discount on the fees, something offered by the Ray White group. We would have no hesitation in using Brad again to sell a property for us and keep in touch regularly with him in case he comes across a property that might suit for us to purchase. Summing him up 'he's as honest as the day is long". Trust him with your biggest asset. :-)
