Gary and Ben are able and willing to go the extra mile to assist you with the selling process. They gave us pointers on renovation and how to market the property. They gave us regular updates from each open home. They followed up with all prospective purchasers. They got two offers and we sold to the second offer. When the purchaser asked if there was broadband to the house they assisted with getting that installed quickly as i could depend on them to meet with Chorus if required. We live out of town and they are keeping a good eye on the place for us until settlement.
