We found both Ben and Michelle to be very pleasant young people. They were very helpful along with the auctioneer who was pretty patient and pleasant and made the experience a lot less stressful especially as we thought there would only be us and one other person bidding for the property and discovered a room full of the neighbours all enjoying drinks and nibbles. Gordon said it was the most laid back auction he has ever been to and had a party atmosphere, making it far more pleasant. After the initial shock of buying a property we had not expected to be doing, we are now extremely happy with the purchase and want to thank both Ben and Michelle for making the event surprisingly pleasant, when is the next auction? Thank you Ben for the most unexpected lovely gift and we both wish you and Michelle a very happy Xmas and a great New Year full of lots of house sales. Ben has sold us 2 houses in 9 10 months and sold our house. In a slower market than normal he had to sell our house at a required price point to make our new house purchase work point as well as keep our sale alive on a property we had put an offer on through him. So he had to sell our house to the new owners, sell the house we were buying off his other seller and keep everyone happy. No pressure at all. Ben did well to bring it all together.
