We live in the UK at the moment and have just bought a property through Ben Gibson. Buying your retirement home without viewing it is seldom well-advised, but to do so from such a distance was even more daunting. Ben took this on board and single-handedly reduced my angst throughout the process. This is the second time now working with Ben. He helped in to our current home and we were always going to use to eventually sell our second home. He came up with a game plan which included and auction which we were hesitant about. He then simply asked us to trust him..... We did exactly that and he executed it perfectly.
