Ben was a fantastic agent very informative and willing to go the extra mile, including framing of the original house deed for the new owner. We really appreciated his services being at our home for our convenience. We were very happy with the price achieved as it was well above what we were expecting.

Overall I rate my interaction with Ben and his company as outstanding. Ben was consistently obliging to set up a viewing of the property and subsequent requests to visit the property prior to settlement. My overall impression is that he represented both the interests of the family selling the property and me as buyer in a fair an honest way. His company fulfilled its obligation to provide relevant information about the property to allow us to make the right decisions around purchase.
