We were selling in an unusual, falling market and Ben showed busines acumen in helping us navigate the various marketing and pricing aspects of this. At no time did we feel hurried or pushed. We were also impressed by his ability during that time to work concurrently on our own house sale with a complicated and unexpected deadline sale involving us. We had built up good rapport with Ben during the process, and he knew what we were looking for.
