Ben was the selling agent for the house we bought. He was friendly and responsive to our wide ranging information requests, and facilitated several visits to the property outside of open homes for ourselves to check it out, and to bring through a builder and engineer. When it came to offer time he was as straight up as he could be, whilst acting with the seller's interest as priority, and he went above and beyond to get everything documented and lodged asap. In general he was just a solidly nice guy, with good green credentials, who went so far as to pick us up from our house (in his EV) when we accidentally stood him up at the pre-settlement inspection.
