Lawrence's team cold called me with a proposal to sell the house. I took up the offer based on getting the best price. I was updated weekly on the open homes and responses from potential buyers. The auction result was lower than expectation, but Lawrence and his team quickly got a few offers within a week and we closed on the best offer soon after.
