A very good experience. Even when i gave up and told them to withdraw the listing they managed to convince us to keep going. They have been very proffesional in all their dealings. Lawrence and Aidan worked very hard to sell our property for a premium price in a difficult market. They had communication every day and had a good number of bidders at auction. The Silver Marketing was expensive, but definitely worth it as it brought through lots of buyers and a price $15,000 over our reserve price! We appreciate all the hard work and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell.
