On day 1, the day Richard and Peter walked past the Ray White office, Richard said to Peter " I would like to sell my property as I would love to fine a property with more than 1 small bedroom, and have some land, preferably a large plot." Peter said "Why don't we walk into Ray White and ask their advice." We did this. Lawrence was very helpful, he showed us details of property sales for similar properties. The Auction system was discussed and Richard decided to place his property on the market with Ray White. Lawrence and Aiden did an excellent job organizing open homes. They were very thorough in their reports from the buyer enquires. They were amazing at the auction. They gave Richard excellent advice on such matters as the amount to set the reserve price to and in changes to some of the terms that the some potential bidders required, resulting in a successful auction sale, Aiden went above and beyond to help Richard secure another property. This property in Westport had all the features he was after, being a 3 bedroom house with a separate self-contained unit, and about 700 square meters of land. Lawrence and Aeshan have been professional, courteous and willing to help whenever there was an issue to overcome. One aspect to work on : open homes and private inspections should be tenant-free. Even for our pre-settlement inspection, and despite our written request to have the tenant away for the duration, the tenant was in the house, and their car parked in the garage, so we were unable to inspect the property fully. Things can be done much better in this area.
