Lawrence and Aeshan have been professional, courteous and willing to help whenever there was an issue to overcome. One aspect to work on : open homes and private inspections should be tenant-free. Even for our pre-settlement inspection, and despite our written request to have the tenant away for the duration, the tenant was in the house, and their car parked in the garage, so we were unable to inspect the property fully. Things can be done much better in this area.
