Perhaps over hyped the potential price prior to getting the listing but then worked extremely hard and the feedback was consistent and full. Constantly providing information and working very hard to get potential buyers through the property on open days and at other times. Managed to get good bidders into the auction room and the price obtained was very fair for the current market.

Upon deciding to sell my house and contacting Lawrence, who had some months earlier made contact via a "cold call" we went straight to him and discussed our proposals and expectations. His advice was sound and within a very short period (18 days) the house was sold at auction. Inshould also pay tribute to the aucioneer who manged the actual sale most competently.
