Communication was excellent and they were both really flexible in working around our whanau requirements. This was our whanau home of 43 years and they also understood how hard is what to let goā¦however they persisted and it paid off for us. So now we love on to something bigger and better for our whanau and look forward to having the entire whanau together in a lifestyle property.

Upon deciding to sell my house and contacting Lawrence, who had some months earlier made contact via a "cold call" we went straight to him and discussed our proposals and expectations. His advice was sound and within a very short period (18 days) the house was sold at auction. Inshould also pay tribute to the aucioneer who manged the actual sale most competently. Overall a great result for all.
