I really liked working with Ashley to sell my house. He was really friendly, explained the process clearly. After signing the contract we saw him continually fail to meet his own deadlines and required follow up for providing information, responding to communication and showing up when arranged. That aside, Ashley worked hard to sell our house and deliver a good result considering the market. I appreciated his friendly yet professional attitude

We talked at length about our requirements and that particular house not being quite what we were after.
