Hello We bought and then on sold a property with AM Janssen. She was prompt in answering questions. Cherry, reliable, when it came to selling, there was no other agent we would go to, not just because we like her, (other agents we like as well) Anne Maree sold us the property, so we were more than happy to have her market it and take it to a sucessfull auction. Find us that section AM, so we can build on it!!!!!
AM was extremely professional and helpful throughout the whole process, from the very beginning to the end. AM offered very good suggestions on how to improve the appearance of the home to reach a wider range of activity looking purchasers. AM was extremely informative, totally professional during the process and her knowledge was invaluable.
Annemarie was incredibly helpful when it came to purchasing our first home. She was always friendly and professional and incredibly generous with her time. We are so grateful to her, because without her taking the time to meet us at the property outside the Open Home times and helping us with phone bidding, we would not have been able to purchase what ended up being our first home! We had offered on a number of properties over the almost year we spent house hunting and Anne Marie was one of the absolute stand outs.
Working with AM was such a pleasure. From her first marketing pitch through to sale she made a stressful, busy process as easy as it possibly could be. Would recommend AM to anyone looking to sell their property (or buy). She is so friendly and engaging and supported us extremely well through the whole process. Thanks AM!
Knowledgeable with local markets so was able to give us a good idea of sale prices
Annemarie was the best, She is super friendly and helped me through the process of purchasing my first home. She was the Vendors agent but she treated me as if she was my agent as well. Whenever I requested info on the property it was never a problem and I would have the info I needed straight away. Highly Recommend
When we bought the house Anne-Marie's friendliness and enthusiasm so impressed us that we agreed at that time to use her as our agent when we sold a few years later, as we planned. The support and advice she provided through the marketing phase was second to none and the sale was a great success.
AM is a very experienced agent who has warmth, understanding, and excellent knowledge of the property market. AM is the ultimate professional and made the process of selling our property seamless from start to finish. Would highly recommend AM to any prospective buyers and sellers in the property market they would be in the very best hands.
Excellent agent and predicted the amount I would get at auction at our initial conversation. Kept me informed after open homes and would bring a report around with potential buyers comments after each open home. Always supplied a report on the viewing of the various websites that the property was advertised on. Overall an excellent agent who knows the market and how to get the best out of a listing.
