As an overseas seller of our NZ property it was so important to us to have someone in NZ we could trust and be available. It was daunting selling a property from afar, AM ensured that this was not a barrier for us, with great knowledge of the market and the area, a very personable and professional communication style, AM was very proactive in contacting us and letting us know she was available should we need to talk. This was appreciated especially considering the time difference. AM went above and beyond to ensure that our property met the buyers expectations in the final inspection, jobs that would usually be performed by us the vendors if we were in NZ. Anemarie acts & performs her job in your best interest, does not put up barriers (like some do), will go with your ideas if they are good and if not, will let you know a better option. She works well with you and takes the stress out of the process. As for her efforts, cannot be faulted, she really puts the extra effort in. None of this "80% is good enough." She has an eye for detail, across the entire process. She doesn't pressure you either, like a used car saleman would. No, definitely a team effort. And all this when the market was under-performing... she got us a fair result and we would definitely recommend her. At the end of the day its a result-driven business but you also want to work well with someone.
