From our first meeting AM was totally professional in her approach and always well prepared. Although she was not one of the more regular Aotea agents we were impresses with her knowledge and work ethics. One of her biggest assets is her genuine caring and friendly personality. Nothing was too much trouble-no matter how much we hassled her. She was incredibly positive and supportive, especially when the market took a big dip as we started the campaign. She was there when things got tough eg problems with potential buyer, Covid, exhaustion etc. Etc!! She cheered us up,encouraged us, fed us at times and better still completed the difficult sale. Anemarie acts & performs her job in your best interest, does not put up barriers (like some do), will go with your ideas if they are good and if not, will let you know a better option. She works well with you and takes the stress out of the process. As for her efforts, cannot be faulted, she really puts the extra effort in. None of this "80% is good enough." She has an eye for detail, across the entire process. She doesn't pressure you either, like a used car saleman would. No, definitely a team effort. And all this when the market was under-performing... she got us a fair result and we would definitely recommend her. At the end of the day its a result-driven business but you also want to work well with someone.
