She has a head for details and an impressive memory. We still do not like either buying or selling houses… but if we had to do it in Wellington again, would definitely use Annemarie. Our timing was not ideal as we were selling in a declining market and entered the market at the beginning of Christmas / New year period, an historically quiet time in the market. Our property was rented out and Annemarie helped us develop an effective sale strategy. We wanted to have comfort that, in taking the property to the market, a sale would be concluded, and, we needed a realistic price guide to help us make an informed decision. We had seen a number of properties in the area with For Sale signs displayed over extended periods. Annemarie presented us with sound market information to substantiate her market assessment. Annemarie organised the marketing, staging, held a number of Open Homes, communicated well with us and involved her network of agents - it was one of the other agents who brought in the purchaser. We could see there was a lot of activity behind the scenes and the whole process was made very easy for us. Annemarie worked tirelessly on our behalf. We did need to carry out some decor touch ups and were concerned by all the anecdotal evidence about how hard it was to find a tradesperson. Annemarie found us exactly who we needed for an immediate start - she has an impressive network of contacts. The property sold in a month and within the estimated range we had when we embarked on the process. We felt the property had been well presented and exposed to the market and "Offers Were Called" when one of the interested parties wanted to submit an offer. So, we had more than one offer and there was not a wide gap between them, confirming to us a sound market process had been followed. We believe we received full market price and are very pleased with the campaign run by Annemarie and with all her dealings with us. We are very pleased to be able to recommend her as your agent.
