Realistically speaking, I know we would not have had such a positive and informed process without the aid of Angela's professional assistance and knowledge of the property market. I would not hesitate in recommending Angela in aiding someone else in what can be a bewildering world of property searches in the effort to find a place to call home. It is a big decision to make and you want to go into it fully focussed. Angela provided that laser sharp focus that gave us the reassurance we needed in making a decision. In the beginning I thought I knew what to look out for but Angela's eagle-eye would spot aspects of a building I was simply not tuned into noticing. It was a matter of weighing up the pros and cons of each property with an eye to our future selves. Angela was invaluable in that aspect, helping us think around each situation a property presented, as no one was the same. During the process of looking at properties meant we went in with a clipboard, me mentally and Angela literally. The combination of regular group phone calls, emails with new listings, and the visits themselves gave us confidence in the process. Often it could be small things, especially on the second visit, but Angela lined up each visit in advance and gave us extra information in relation to the property. Would I recommend Angela - yes, in a heart-beat.

Angela was masterful from the start. She outlined the options available to us and relayed the pros and cons of each, and even when we had made our decision, and I had a few wobbles about it Angela was able to talk me through the logic behind the process. We never felt we were alone in this experience, as selling our parents house was undeniably emotional which meant that Angela's understanding and care was very much appreciated. The weekly check-ins were thorough and I got a sense that Angela's experience in doing this work counted for a lot, both from a seller's perspective but I also felt that for the potential buyers. It was definitely a journey into the unknown but right from the beginning Angela was there walking us through it and making sure we were kept constantly in the loop.
