Really enjoyed working with Andrew. From the moment we met him at the first open, could tell he had a different approach/way about him. Even though the property was an auction, was very open with the price range and this allowed us to undertake our due diligence with confidence to be unconditional. Was very good at communicating about how the auction process would work etc which put us both at ease. No surprises at any stage throughout the process and his vendor agreed to sell within the range discussed at the very first open.
