Great communication considering we were living in another country. There were many conversations well outside business hours. Andrew took care of everything for us, including the home staging. He negotiated well on our behalf considering there was a drawback with our property. We would happily recommend Andrew to assist anyone with their property sale in the future.

We were asked to email Andrew all the questions we had, which we did on two occasions but still did not get questions answered. We did get some of them answered on the final inspection, but even though it was a final inspection we still didn’t meet the vendor to ask questions, no keys were available and no instruction manuals for appliances were left, so did not know how to use dishwasher, underfloor heating, spa bath, alarm etc.. It would have been nice to have had this explained if the final inspection had been arranged properly. Andrew was good at communication and replied in a good timely manner.
Andrew sells all our properties. Always get a grata result. We find him very wasy to deal with. Always there when we need him. Plus always gets us great results. Highly recommended to anyone selling
