Unfortunately he was off on holiday the following day but made all necessary arrangements on Sunday night to have another colleague meet with us to have further discussions. He further followed up with us during hie leave time which we appreciated - we didn't feel as though we were handed to another agent.
I started looking at this property quite long in the marketing process, but the documentation sent to me on the property was very complete and helped speed up my decision making. The documentation provided was very complete for the bank. Both Andre and Bastion were very responsive. I bid over the phone and the information Bastion gave me during the auction process was very helpful. The biding got quite competitive, and the auction pause to discuss with the vendor if the house was above the reserve, helped me determine and go for a final push, which proved to be the right decision. Overall, a very good outcome.
