From open home feedback - to weekly stat reports in person. Explaining all the avenues of marketing & how people in the market were subsequently responding - therefore able to tweak our advertising as needed. Super responsive, & each team member had their niche specialty, though still skilled enough to overlap their roles if required - therefore always providing a very efficient service. When they presented us with a multi offer 2 days after an open home- it showed us how hard they had been working even behind the scenes within a couple of days! Exceptionally professional, yet understanding & personable at the same time. Always answering our questions, & everything was run past us first before it went live. From providing extra services such as a free initial walk-through of our house by a professional interior designer whom gave us tips to prepare for our photo day & open homes - to the way everyone was on the same page without it being over-whelming. We felt respected & listened to, giving us confidence we were in good hands with the right team from the very start.
