Amanda did an exceptional job selling our property and we got a good price at auction despite the market taking a dive at the time (and this was after only 3 weeks on the market!) Amanda had exceptional knowledge of our area (Epsom) and it showed in her communication with potential buyers as she knew all the schools, parks and best places to visit. Amanda went above and beyond to help us get ready for sale, without her help it would have certainly taken us much longer and we would have risked a lesser price on the falling market, which also would have cost us more in bridging finance.
