She advised us how to decide on our sale method; we pushed back, wanting to go to auction again, however Alison backed up her thoughts with good insight which got us over the line. End result was we had multiple offers and sold for a great price, with minimal fuss. In my opinion, it was great advice; in an auction, the room would have stopped when the second-to-last person reached their limit.
