Alison has sold a home for us at auction previously; we were happy with that result so we went with her again. Alison had a good sense of the current market, the buyers and their situations. She advised us how to decide on our sale method; we pushed back, wanting to go to auction again, however Alison backed up her thoughts with good insight which got us over the line.
