Alice was so easy to work with, knowledgeable re the wellington real estate market, highly professional and an excellent honest and clear communicator throughout the process. It was a pleasure to work with Alice and we felt the sale of our apartment was in the safe and trusted hands of an experienced agent. Would highly recommend Alice and the team and not hesitate to use the again in the future.

Alice provides excellent service. We are very pleased with her service. She is very professional. She updates us regularly on the progress and communicates promptly. She clarifies our queries expeditiously.

Having sold several properties now with differing agents and agencies, I can without a doubt say that Alice and the Ray White Team are the absolute best I have ever come across. From the very beginning Alice outlined a very clear plan for my sale and made sure every step of the way was well organized and as easy as possible. I never had to chase anything up because Alice would regularly check in in the lead up to the sale to let me know how things were placed, and as soon as we went to market I was given daily updates. The end outcome of my sale exceeded my expectations too, both in price, settlement and length of time on the market. I 100% recommend Alice, Andrew, Pano and Michellie. They are by far the best I have ever worked with and will be recommending them to friends in the future. You wont go wrong with this team.

Top agent who always strives for a successful result, and gets it!! Great knowledge of market, very good communicator, professional and personable, has tenacity and achieves great results. The A Team are my number 1 real estate agents in Wellington.

Huge thanks to Alice and the team at Ray White for making the sale of our apartment so easy, so pleasurable and of course, successful! We appreciated her practical advice and confidently put our trust in her knowledge and experience which lead to a great outcome for us as sellers and from what I understand, a very happy buyer too.

I would highly recommend selling with Andrew, Pano and Alice. The team were great working with a tight turn around time to get the house on the market initially without it being a problem at all. The communication during the selling process was fantastic and was greatly appreciated. We were impressed with the follow up of potential buyers, as buyers ourselves we had not experienced such great service from other agents. We will definitely be recommending the team to friends and family!

We were very happy we chose Alice Pano and Andrew to market our home. They were friendly, organised and professional. We really appreciated their advice on how to present our home to market, and their support person Michellie did an excellent job keeping the sale on track and on time. We would definitely reccomend them.

Alice was fantastic. We felt well looked after and that we were constantly kept in the loop with everything. Alice went out of her way to meet us after working hours to explain next steps and ensured we felt confident before leaving. She was happy to answer any questions and was always on the other end of the line when we needed her. Thank you Alice for supporting us through the process and helping us purchase our first home 😊

Selling a home can be a daunting process, but Alice and the team at Ray White made it easy. This was especially true, as we were not based in the same city. We were impressed with the marketing strategy and throughout the selling process Alice kept us in the loop on pretty much a daily basis with up to date feedback on potential buyers and market feedback. Alice is an extremely knowledgable and professional agent with a great rapport with both buyer and seller. Would totally recommend 100%

Alice was able to answer all my questions even the out there ones from someone who knows nothing about buying property. She was very patient with me and helped make this transition happen with very little stress.

Alice had the answers too questions before we even knew to ask them. When she had questions we needed to answer they were well laid out and a time frame for response required and where to look to for the information. A breeze to deal with

From the first phone call to Ray White to enquire about selling my apartment to settlement, the team of Pano, Andrew and Michellie was outstanding. They were professional, caring and truly made the whole process easy. I was constantly kept up to date and had any questions answered straight away. Thank you for exceeding my expectations and making it such a positive experience.
