Alice always provides exceptional service and gets results! She is an agent who is trustworthy, personable, communicates well and knows the real estate industry inside out. She will always go the extra mile for her clients. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Alice over a number of years and fully recommend her services to anyone needing a top agent in Wellington!

Alice was fantastic in the whole process of purchasing the house. Great local market knowledge, and an excellent communicator. I felt that she understood where I was at and was great at guiding me through the process.

After recently moving to Wellington and starting to look for a new house, we were pretty underwhelmed by the local agents. After meeting Alice at an open home, we were blown away by how friendly and personable she was. We enlisted her to help us find a new home and she’d found a perfect fit for our family within weeks. Alice is professional, communicative and incredibly helpful but also bubbly, enthusiastic and down to earth, and we couldn’t recommend her more to anyone buying or selling in the Wellington region.

Well, what a jolly pleasure it was working with, and buying a house, with Alice. She was incredible professional, had excellent knowledge of not only the current market but the property itself. Her communication was so clear, very helpful, and full of charisma and panache. At no point did we feel like we were getting duped or played by her, and let’s be honest, that’s not always the case with estate agents. Alas, the rating system only went up to five stars because we would have given her at least five and a half….thousand!!! I wholeheartedly recommend her to any buyer or seller. Thanks Alice, you’re a legend.

Thanks for your efficient and supportive work Alice, we got our dream house much faster than we thought. Really appreciate.

Alice has been an amazing support in helping me to sell my home, from the beginning of the process right through to the successful sale. Alice is a very warm, professional real estate consultant who explained the process well, is very knowledgeable about real estate and was great at communicating and keeping me informed along the way. Always very encouraging, open, honest and much appreciated. Thanks Alice.

We have engaged Alice to buy or sell on 3 seperate occasions over the last few years and if we look to sell in the future we would never use anyone else. Alice is pragmatic, communicative and brings a wealth of knowledge. Having interacted with a number of agents over the years, she is a cut above the rest. Alice goes above and beyond and is worth her weight in gold.

Alice was great to deal with - very prompt responses to all queries and questions. All in all, was a smooth process. Big thank you to Alice for getting things sorted in a tight timeframe.

No pretending, Alice achieved the best outcome selling our property. Enjoyed her positive approach.

We couldn’t recommend Alice more highly. She kept us informed throughout and was realistic and down to earth. Thank you again Alice.

Alice is by far the most professional, organised, communicative and pleasant agent in Wellington to work with. I deal with real estate agents on a professional basis through my day to day work and they just don’t get better than Alice. She sold my personal property and her attention to detail, drive, work ethic and communication was exceptional. We got a great deal done in a very tough market. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Alice was fully committed to our sale kept us updated with great communication and check-ins along the way. Her market knowledge and existing relationship base meant we had great exposure of the property to the right buyers, and no shortage of interest. In a tough market we secured a good sale which was fully reflective of her positive and proactive approach to the process. I would strongly recommend Alice to others looking for the best result.
