Alice is a superb agent. She made the whole process of buying a house so seamless. Alice's communication was prompt and clear at all times, and she was so helpful at every step along the way. Alice is very knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to deal with! Highly recommended.

Alice was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She’s incredibly hard working and just makes things work. Her communication was outstanding and went out of her way to help me out. There were times during the process when it was challenging as I was overseas etc but Alice’s skills were absolutely instrumental in making things happen. Could not recommend her more!

We had a great experience with Alice as our lead agent, as part of a very professional team. She was extremely efficient with clear communication and achieved the desired result for us. We would have no hesitation in recommending Alice and the team at Ray White to anyone wishing to sell their property.

Alice has been great - I brought my section off her a couple of years back, and since engaging with her and the team, I've primarily sought to work with Alice for all of my buying and selling needs in Wellington. Even when the market was hot (where most agents were practically ignoring creating relationships with buyers) Alice listened to what I was after and would get in contact when she had a listing that I may be interested in. Now with the market turning, I've seen this delivering value from a sellers perspective as she's built relationships with potential buyers and can personally engage them to drive interest. Alice works hard, has great communications and is overall just a pleasure to work with!

We have had the pleased of working with Alice both as purchasers and a vendors. She is approachable, knowledgeable and communicates clearly and affectively. She answered all of our questions promptly and honestly, which meant that we quickly developed a good rapport with her. She went out of her way to ensure that we were in the perfect position to make an offer on a property. It was a no brainer that when it was time to sell our place, Alice was our choice. From a vendors perspective we couldn’t rate her any higher. The thought of selling our house with 3 young children was daunting. Actually, it was utterly terrifying. Alice gave great advice on how to prepare our home for photos and viewings, but also ensured that the advice that she gave was realistic and achievable. We received regular updates from Alice and the team regarding potential buyers. Overall, Alice made the process of selling our home feel easy, and she delivered! Our house sold in 10days, and we were happy with the price. Which we feel in this current market is an achievement in itself. I would 100% recommend Alice and the team! Not only is she a wonderful human, but she’s damn good at her job, whether you’re buying or selling.

Alice was professional and knowledgeable about what the vendor required which went towards a successful purchase. Thank you Alice for your undying commitment at climbing steep paths and showing us our future path.

We appreciated Alice's fast and clear contact over our purchase process. Thanks for the help !

As a first home buyer, I found Pano friendly, attentive to my queries and genuinely concerned to help me navigate the process. The APA team as a whole have been very professional and easy to deal with. With just a few steps remaining, the purchase has been smooth and I'm looking forward to moving in. Thanks to Pano and his colleagues!

We recently sold with team APA for a second time. The first was many years ago when the market was at its height. We were thrilled with the result. This time, the market took a turn and we found ourselves in unfamiliar territory. Despite the market turning, we ended up with an excellent result thanks to the tireless work of the APA team. We truly believe no other team could have gotten us the result we ended with.

Alice was very helpful through every step of the process, a pleasure to deal with

Alice O’Styke recently sold my house in Wellington NZ at a time when it appeared both the market and the weather were changeable. From my perspective she handled the process cleanly and efficiently. She kept me informed when it was relevant, and discussed risks openly and objectively. She was always responsive and good to work with, and didn’t get bogged down in detail. Her very positive and open approach gave me confidence that she knew the business and would make it work.

Couldn’t have asked for anything else, APA made it all pretty simple and we got a great result from them. Would recommend highly to others.
