Our property purchase happened extremely fast ,due to the vendor,s desire for a swift sale , and a large amount of interest in his property ! . We knew nothing of Sheree nor her company and under normal circumstances could have been excused for being somewhat nervous with time NOT on our side.!! However, from the moment my wife and I met her, we felt extremely comfortable. Sheree wasn,t pushy, gave us plenty of time alone to view, answered all of our questions with obvious knowledge and listened well to what WE had to say ! During the transaction she liaised well between ourselves and the vendor and made it clear that she wanted the best possible outcome for both parties ! She even brokered a deal for us on some of the furniture. With the best part of my 60 odd years in the retail industry I consider myself a reasonably good judge of fellow sales people ,I would rate Sheree highly !! She provided us with every thing we needed to give us the confidence to proceed with our offer .
