Sheree has great communication skills. She is very positive, enthusiastic and diligent. She went out and beyond for us through some difficult circumstances and never lost focus. She is friendly and approachable, and was always happy to answer our questions from her extensive knowledge of the industry. We never had cause to doubt for a moment that she was doing her utmost to sell our property.

She just sold my house and made the whole process feel… dare I say it… enjoyable? She’s incredibly sharp, knows exactly how to position and sell a property, and moves at lightning speed without ever dropping the ball. Messages get answered before you’ve even finished typing them (I’m still not convinced she’s entirely human). On top of that, she brings humour and energy to what can otherwise be a pretty stressful experience. You can genuinely tell she loves what she does — and she’s very, very good at it. If you want results, responsiveness, and someone who’ll keep you smiling along the way, Sheree is an absolute standout. Special mention to her amazing side kick Shelley too! Shelley is always there when you need her, has all the facts and is amazingly organized. These 2 women do the work of all the real estate agents in Invercargill combined. Sheree will forever and always be the only agent I ever use in Invercargill. (PS She gives amazing gifts too)

I txt Sheree with my budget and property requirements. She txt back saying to check out one specific listing that had been listed that day. Looked at it, went though a couple of days later, then put in an offer. She listened to our requirements and price range and responded with exactly the kind of property we were looking for.
