We had found a house that perfectly suited our growing family so decided we would put an offer in on it even though we needed to sell our current house. We contacted Sheree and she managed to get our home listed within a few days of us signing up on the other property, we had 1 open home a week later (private viewings were hard with 2 young kids so we wanted open homes only). After the first open home we had multiple offers within our price range we had indicated to sheree we wanted and we were sold that week! Everything was confirmed on the sale of our house even before our time limits had run out for our clauses on the house we were purchasing.
