We found dealing with Sheree easy and she always made herself available when we needed her. It was a good selling and buying experience. There were a couple of negatives however- we wondered how truthful she was at times, sometimes we felt she was telling a few porkies regarding other offers made on the property we purchased. To endeavor to drive up our price. Sheree is such a busy agent that on a few occasions her paperwork was incorrect. The lawyer ended up fixing this. I'm sure this is just cos her passion is in selling and dealing with people, and not in paper work. All in all we were happy with the price we sold our house for and the overall trade.

Sheree made the whole thing so easy from start to finish (even though it wasn’t super smooth due to potential buyer issues). I would 100% use Sheree again and recommend her to anyone. She organized everything so well, took care of it after we relocated overseas and sent us the sweetest gift of a photo book of our house and some treats from home! Thank you Sheree, it really was a pleasure and I’ll miss your bubbly chat and regular positive updates.
