We liked Lee's sales pitch and he had also sold a number of properties in our area so we asked him to sell our house. We had a lot of people view our property sadly not as many offers. Lee kept us informed throughout the process and was easy to deal with and contact. We did however feel let down once we signed the sales and purchase agreement as we never saw him again. Other staff members dropped off the gift basket and did the walk through with the purchasers. Felt like he got his money and we didn't matter any more. Would have been nice for him to have followed up with a visit especially as this was the 1st time we had sold a property so didn't exactly know how things worked what to do with house keys etc
