Lee worked his magic on our place! We listed just before lockdown which seriously curtailed the sale. As soon as we dropped down levels Lee started taking private viewings through the house (safely and socially distanced!) - he arranged for a wonderful stager to come in and put some finishing touches to our place - changed the marketing slightly - and in came an offer. He negotiated (hard!) on our behalf to get the right price and the next thing we knew - we had a Sold sign!
