I have used various different agents over the years to sell different houses for me. And some of them did a good job and met all my expectations for an agent. But when I met Lee, he was the first Agent to exceed all my expectations. The first house he sold for me introduced me to a whole different level of professionalism and negotiation skills. So I used him again. The second house he again raised the bar and sold our house within a week for more than we expected to get. So when the time came to sell my house outside of Tauranga (up in the Coromandel) I contacted Lee and said I couldn't find an agent even close to his capabilites. The average sell time was 60 days for the area and Lee sold our house within 3 weeks and with terms that were ideal for our situation.
