Nicky went above and beyond for us from start to finish. It was a hard decision having to sell and for personal reasons we needed to sell quickly and at a fair price. We got both of those things and right through the process we were kept informed and our privacy kept private. Thank you so much Nicky to you, Mark and your team .. you are all amazing and we would definately recommend you to anyone wishing to buy or sell
We worked with Nicky and Mark from team Malloy. The team put together a marketing plan and campaign for our property sale, which we followed. The result speaks volumes in that a contract was achieved by day 19 of the property being on the market. Nicky communicated regularly with us, giving open home feedback and tweaking things as the campaign progressed. We would recommend their team and would work with them in the future.
Nicky was always helpful during our house sale process, providing wise counsel at critical moments as well as being able to expertly market our home. She is extremely knowledgeable and personable, and as well as getting stellar results, we knew that our home was safe in her hands. Thoroughly recommended.
My experience having Nicky as our agent was with complete confidence. She has the patience to see her projects through from start to finish no matter how long that might take. I was able to relate to her completely and confidently. Nicky goes the extra mile in making sure that your needs are addressed. We will be using Nicky's expertise again in selling our other home and looking for our together home. I would have no hesitation in recommending Nicky and her team to others wishing to sell.
She was excellent, expert about the market and marketing in West Auckland. The team is well organized. They are ready for all part from the start to the end for selling a house. I am really happy about Nicky and her team.
This was the second home Nicky has sold for me in West Auckland, and she has been fabulous to deal with both times. Great communication, achieved the price I had been seeking, and she maintained excellent relationships with the tenants throughout the process. Would use her again without hesitation.
Nicky’s was very professional but also friendly that made you feel that you were dealing with someone with integrity. Everything was clearly explained to me prior to signing the agreement to sell. I was kept updated in a very timely manner, even once the open homes were completed within 15mins I would get a call or text providing me with the update. Nicky has a great team behind her that ensures nothing is forgotten or actioned when she says it will be done, it’s done! Overall, it was a pleasure to deal with her and would definitely be using her again and recommending her for anyone else thinking of selling.
Nicky is a very friendly person who puts you at ease immediately. She makes you feel very valued, lets you know what the market value is and gives you most of the details you need to sell. She keeps you in the loop all the way. I will admit that when she makes up her mind, she will go out of her way to get the deal, which happened and hence the sale of our property was completed prior to the Xmas-New Year decreased real estate sales.
I can only recommend Nicky. She is fantastic. If you want your home to attract the greatest pool of potential buyers and feel really supported in your selling process then Team Malloy are the best. They also practically solved some of our challenges in presenting our property with great ease.
Nicky was very professional in all dealings. She was regularly in touch with us of progress and developments. We would be very happy to recommend her to others.
Needed our house sold quickly as we had a conditional offer in on another house. Nicky and Mark worked a miracle for us. Our house went on the market on a Friday and by the next Wednesday we had 5 offers on the table. They provided expert advice, guidance and support all the way through the sale process with great communication. Highly recommended!
Nicky and Mark worked hard for us from the start and were sympathetic to our wishes. We were pleased with the sale price especially with the cooling Auckland market.
