Outstanding level of service, communication and sale result from Nicky, Mark and the Malloy team. Highly recommend - thank you!!

We wanted to say a very big thank you to you both for the tremendous job you did of selling our investment property. Throughout the process you have given us honest advice and regular feedback. We were very impressed with Nicky and Mark friendly, no nonsense approach, and calm manner throughout the negotiation process. You have followed through on everything promised in a timely manner and made the whole process very straight forward. Our house was not a ‘standard’ property to sell and you managed to get us a sale with the best price we had not expected and needless to say are delighted with. You work fantastically together as a team and it was always a pleasure to deal with you both. We will have no hesitation in recommending you to others. Thank you so very much for doing such a great job for us.

They worked fast and where happy to take the time to explain what everything meant, being first home buyers. When ever we had questions they were happy to help. I highly reccomand them on your next house buying or selling journey. Kamau te wehi!!

Nicky and her team had my property ready for sale very quickly on a reasonable budget. The house was very well presented and had great appeal. Their efforts resulted in a quick sale.

Super stoked with the help we received from Nicky and Georgia. Once we knew exactly what we were searching for the team were on to it! They knew exactly which properties to send our way and it all paid off. We couldn't be happier with the home we managed to secure and are looking forward to moving in and making it our own. Thanks again team for the time, effort and patience throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend the help of Nicky and Georgia for anyone looking to Buy or Sell.

On the day I met with Georgia Malloy, I was gripped with emotion at having to part with my home!. Within just a few minutes in Georgia’s friendly company my fear gave way to calm, and we were able to begin the process of selling my home. Nicky Malloy was able to communicate the pros & cons of going to auction clearly; compassionately & with a rear sense of intuitiveness underpinned with experience & professionalism; I knew “Team Malloy” would sell the home quickly! With a mix of potential first home buyers/investors and sun loving onlookers glistening with excitement, the home sold within 20 mins of the Auctioneer lifting his voice in response too the bidding. Having met the reserve price and beyond; the Buyer's appeared just as delighted as myself as the vendor, all in all a great outcome on the day! Thank you, Nicky, Georgia & all the team for all your hard work and infectious enthusiasm, some of which has rubbed of on me! I look forward to the future with my head held high!

Dave Watt lead our campaign and was the key conduit between the office and ourselves. I thoroughly appreciated his personal approach to our circumstances, his open and clear communication and the time and energy he put in to marketing our property. Selling a house is stressful however Dave and the Team made the process as smooth as possible. Tena koutou!

Right from the outset, Nicky was on the front foot, giving us the current lay of the market and engaging us with what was happening regarding real estate in general and our area specifically. Nicky enabled us to get our house to market promptly and with the best presentation possible. Her knowledge was superior and her communication skills were outstanding. Nicky included us in every step and made sure that we were not just another customer. I would thoroughly recommend using Nicky Malloy to anyone who wants the best experience possible when it comes to selling your home.

Had several agents come through the house, Nicky was the only one who consciously took notes of the house, writing them down as she went. She gave time to hear our situation, sometimes going above and beyond by getting bogged down in family conversation, but always the professional. As a vendor, we were comfororted in the fact that Nicky was exceptionally quick to point out that any issues we may have had were potential plusses for future buyers. Great agent, and great team behind her. Will be using for the next sale for sure.

I've been buying\selling real estate in West Auckland for over 25 years, and never have I been so impressed with my Agents as I have with Nicky and her team, and thats a big point of difference, Nicky comes with a team of experienced, super successful people who are 100% dedicated to working closely with you to achieve your goal, their integrity is inspiring. They sincerely listen, analyse, create a strategy, and work their butts off to deliver the required results. Their professionalism and knowledge of the market is unparalleled, fantastic communication throughout, informative weekly reports, brilliant marketing and honest up front evaluation of the entire process, I highly recommend their services, and after the excellent result they achieved for me, I wouldn't even think about using anyone else.
