Nicky has been great to deal with. Accommodating to the timing of our viewing request, very welcoming at the open home and informative on questions relating to the house. Nicky has been professional in our dealings with prompt communication and went out of her way to find temporary accommodation for us due to the lockdown. I would highly recommend Nicky
Nicky is sharp, personable and knows her stuff. She and her team made buying my first home in NZ as stress-free as they possibility could - and at auction! I can't recommend her and Team Molloy highly enough.
We were very impressed with Nicky Malloy and all of the Team Malloy Team from start to finish. They provided a honest assessment of our property the market we would be selling in and a realistic expected sale price range. Nicky made some cost effective suggestions to improve the property for sale which really lifted the look. Fresh eyes and plenty of experience go along way. I'm pleased to say we sold the property at Auction for more than we had expected and well above the upper end of the price range Nicky originally set out. Great result and I would highly recommend Nicky Malloy and her team.

Her communication with us throughout our sale was immediate and she was available at all times, making the whole process of selling our property stress free. Nothing was too much trouble. Nicky was always friendly and approachable, nothing was too much trouble. The marketing is skillful, impressive and gets results. Team Malloy worked tirelessly over the Christmas Holiday for us and Nicky's reports and following up with potential buyers was appreciated.
