Awesomeness is an understatement. Nicky and The Team members of Team Malloy were on point through the whole sales process from start to Successful Auction. They walked us through the process with patience and kept us at ease throughout. There was always a friendly smile on Nicky and Marks faces when meeting them for discussions. Their local market knowledge regarding values and demographics of our area is without question. If we need agents in the future, we will be sure to contact Nick and Mark .

Total dedication in every aspect.Always available-market knowledge spot on -nothing appeared to be too much trouble even when we had a couple of personal bumps in the road they were there with their support and flowers. Can’t thank Nicky and team for a great experience.Highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.

Listing our property with Nicky and Team Malloy is without a doubt one of the best decisions we have ever made. Nicky, Mark, Georgia and others in the Team went the extra mile for us - from talking us through the selling process to suggesting the best way to present our property prior to listing it. They were always available to answer any questions we had. Their market knowledge is exceptional and we appreciated their expertise, insight and advice as our campaign progressed. Team Malloy are extremely professional and very easy to work with. Their slogan says it all - "Seriously Good at Selling." They are!

We thoroughly enjoyed working with Nicky during the sale of our house. She supported us through the process with great professionalism, honesty and integrity. Nicky communicated with us throughout the process and ensured we could maintain a normal lifestyle while selling. She gave us great advice to ensure our home was presented well and answered all the questions and queries we had in a prompt manner. Nicky ensured we were kept up to date with any progress during the sale and talked us through situations as they arose. We enjoyed the feedback after open homes, the weekly reports from advertising and the ability to contact Nicky and her team when needed. Nicky has made the sale of our house a memorable experience and we highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a supportive agent with great attention to detail and work ethic to work with your family to gain the results you desire.

This is the fourth time we have had an interaction with Team Malloy with buying or selling property. Georgia has joined the team for our latest property sale. The Malloy Team are honest, informative, friendly but always professional. We have had numerous interesting conversations about the market and how it affects the current pricing. We have advised them what we are realistically wanting from our property, and they have always delivered. We find Mark, Nicky & Georgia very easy to work with and feel we have made new friends. We have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who wants to purchase or sell property as they get the job done to everyone’s satisfaction.

Georgia and the team have been so supportive throughout the whole process from selling the family home to buying my very own. Thank you all so much. I needed to buy within a reasonably short timeframe and Georgia made this happen. She really listened and got a good sense of what I was looking for which resulted in her finding the perfect house for me. Georgia was able to ask questions I didn’t even know needed to be asked and has a keen eye when looking through properties, I highly recommended Team Malloy.

As part of Malloy team they were always able to keep up to date with the progress of purchase. Georgia sealed the deal , Nicky organised and made sure both parties were happy and Mark showed our first home. Team Malloy always reminds with eveything when it comes toward the due date and on time with negotiations with venders so that everyone can be happy with the outcome . Good working with the Team Malloys . They are very good agents !!! 😊. Now we happy we got what we wanted in the beginning for our first home.

Working with Nicky, Georgia and the Malloy Team was a dream came true. Used to stalk them on social media on how good they are at selling houses but God had other ways of leading us to them. The most amazing other and daughter duo that West Auckland need. Malloy is the whole package and a real deal. They were so professional in the way they work but always easy to approached and was just a text/call away. They trustworthy and made everything easier for me and my family. They took off the whole weight off our shoulders. And I couldn't thank them enough for getting us to the end and gave us such a good result. I would highly recommend them to all our families and friends that are looking to sell or buy because they are the family that every family needs when it comes to real estate. THANK YOU AGAIN NICKY & GEORGIA, MARK and EMMA for the hard mahi you've put in. We appreciate your for everything you done. May God bless your work and in Gods timing we will see you in the near future. Arohanui.
