The entire process of selling our home with Nicky and Team Malloy was exceptional from start to finish. Not only did they achieve a successful sale, the whole process was professional, informative and stress free. At no time were we left wondering. This is why they are so successful. Thanks so much Nicky, Mark & Georgia.

Working with Nicky and team Malloy has been outstanding. They don't just help sell your property, they support, advise, genuinely care and have honest conversations. So refreshing after having had different experiences in the past. They are an incredible team who walk with you on the journey, share the joy and pain and truly get the best result possible for you. If you are looking for someone to sell your house these guys will buy your trust. Highly recommend.

We were very motivated sellers, and Team Malloy did a great job getting us a sale in a tough market. Great communication and insight as to bits and pieces we can do to give ourselves the best chance of getting a sale. Contacts for multiple odd jobs to get done around the property to get it ready for a sale. Made it very simple organising everything to make it as stress-free for us as possible. Thanks so much!!

The Malloys sold us our last home, and we clicked so well with them we had to go back when we went looking for a new forever home and they took us to many different private viewings before we found our new home and gave us the perfect advise when approaching the vendors for pre auction negotiations!

We dealt with Nicky at numerous occasions and every time she surpasses our expectations. Her communication is beyond comparison and her team is always on the go to achieve great results. Keep the good work going Nicky, all the best.

Every step of the way Nicky and her team were there to answer questions and give advice not only about the sale of our house but with the purchase of our new house too. They are very professional but also very relaxed. They also have a good client base and good exposure through West Auckland. Having the use of the moving truck was also and awesome bonus. I would happily recommend Nicky and her team to anyone looking to sell or buy.

It was a pleasure to work with Nicky to purchase a five-bedroom house for clients for hearing impairment. Kept us informed throughout the process and great team to deal with.

We are thankful for Nicky and the Team who helped us with selling our home. Throughout the journey we were communicated with so well and kept up to date on the interactions on our property. We truly appreciated their positive attitude which carried us at times! Their insight into the current market was very valuable. Thanks Team Malloy!

We couldn't be happier with the service provided to us by Nicky and the whole of Team Malloy. Responsive to every query we had (and there were a few), they were professional and ever committed to ensuring the process was as smooth as possible. We are selling at the wrong time, so offers were lower than hoped, but they did come in and we were able to settle with something we could work with, on a very tight timeframe that we had given them. We will certainly be reaching out for future sales!!! And recommend you consider them too! Thanks Nicky and team, we look forward to working with you again.

I had the pleasure of having Nicky, Mark and their wider team market and sell my home in Henderson. Hand on heart I can say that I have no regrets about getting them onboard. This was a challenging sale for all sorts of reasons, and their depth of experience was very telling. Helping me navigate a challenging marketing was invaluable. Nicky was always just a phone call or message away on every occasion I needed to contact her, with sound and professional advice. Mark was super helpful too and even helped me with a couple of maintain fix ups. No issue was a problem for them. It very much felt like a partnership between myself and The Malloy's and I am truly grateful for their experienced approach and personal touches. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this amazing team of people to sell your home. It's now very obvious to me why they are the best in the west. Thank you Nicky & Mark.

Thanks so much Nicky and Mark for making a very difficult decision so easy. You held our hands throughout the process, even when the going got tough. You were there with wise words and excellent advice when needed. We could not have completed this process without your help and guidance. We would use you again in a heartbeat and will recommend you to friends and family. Good luck for the future. It was a pleasure working with you.

Nicky and Georgia were very helpful from the start of the selling process, giving us advice on making our house the best it could be! Our house went on the market and sold within a couple of weeks! Nicky and Georgia helped us every step of the way, answering questions and making the open home process easy! We couldn’t have asked for better! Thank you so much!
