This team, Team Malloy have nailed what it means to give excellent service. They engage with you at every point and nothing is a problem. Awesome operators. To top it off we got more for the property and it was an unconditional offer! Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Selling a house is stressful enough, but Nicky and her team made it so easy and seamless. From helping me make my house market ready up to negotiating with buyers, I never have to worry about anything. She is quick in replying to my questions and always ready with practical and sensible advice. You can trust Nicky and her team and you'll get fantastic results.

We had been on the market for a while when we met Nicky & Georgia, originally going for a property they had up for auction, after unsuccessfully securing that house we worked close with team to find & secure our future home, from the get go they changed our perspective on real estate agents, we could really TRUST them, they were realistic with our budget, made what had been the most stressful time finding a home become unstressful. We had never been so calm in making an offer on a house which is now our home! They care, like really care for their vendors and buyers and want the best outcome for everyone, we cannot recommend this power team enough!!

Myself and my wife were thoroughly amazed by Joleen Wang as we purchased our first home. From the first time me and my wife looked at the property right up until settlement she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She would answer texts and calls with any questions we had and would help us with anything we needed. We highly recommend Joleen as she provides such a friendly, knowledgeable and wise service to those she serves. Thank you Joleen and we hope you have an amazing rest of your year.

Nicky is fantasic, an absolute joy to deal with, has a great sense of humour, has years of experience in the real estate industry and her knowledge of the market is extraordinary, nothing is too much for her - she definitely goes the extra mile for her vendors. She has assisted me to sell 2 properties now and to also purchase a property and I would have no hesitation in using her services if required again in the future or to recommend her to other sellers/buyers.

We found team Malloy to very easy going and friendly, and most of all honest . always had our interests at heart. I would highly recommend them. this is not the first time we have used them . Thanks guys

I reached out to Team Malloy to sell my property and the result has been exceptional. They have worked hard to give me results beyond my expectations. I cannot thank Team Malloy enough who was there in every step of the way. They went above and beyond any other real estate agent ,the effort of their work was evident hence the result! A hearty thank you. Raiz n Taz

We liked having Nicky and Mark Malloy sell our house as we had used them before with good results. The current market isnt the best time to sell and it took time, but we perseverred and appreciated their expert advice and support during the process. It was nice having Georgia Malloy on the team too, there was always someone available when needed and they live in our area.

I can only say good things about Nicky and the team. While purchasing my property via Nicky, I had constant updates and communication. She was always available. I have no hesitation in recommending Nicky and Team Malloy

We were the purchaser. Working with this team was easy with quick and informative communication . Easy to approach and ask questions. Super helpful. They always followed through on requests. High recommend

Nicky, Mark, Georgia, and the rest of the Malloy team have been wonderful during a particularly challenging time (alongside selling our home). They were so easy to work with and we appreciated their general approach and "old fashioned" values. We highly recommend the Malloys.

We had a wonderful experience working with Nicky and the team over the past couple of months. Their prompt communication, knowledge of the property market and helpful advice made the entire process of selling our property stress-free, we were very well taken care of! We highly recommend Team Malloy for their exceptional service, genuine care and commitment to ensure you achieve your property goals! Thank you Team Malloy!
