We’re so impressed with Team Malloy! They helped us sell our property and also purchase a new home for our family. Georgia & Nicky were supportive and helpful all the way through. Their communication was awesome, they were always available and made things stress free. They’re super knowledgeable and such professionals! We are so pleased with our experience and would highly recommend them to others! Thanks Team Malloy
Considerate as to our circumstances and reason for selling but market changeable as always .
A great team of people who know their stuff and work hard for their clients. They are great at keeping their clients informed. They have achieved great results for us on 2 occasions now and we would thoroughly recommend Nikki and Team Molloy
Overall a positive experience, but think that there could have been more advice on price settings and the realities of the market at present. We overvalued the property, and we were brought to reality somewhat, but the auction side of things was a bit hyped. In retrospect, we should have gone directly to market rather than bother with the auction. But the proof of the pudding is in the tasting, and we got a good fair deal with few strings, even if it were not as much as we were hoping. I would go back to them if we ever decide to buy or sell.
Team Malloy and Nicky made my selling experience easy and stress free. They are very helpful and answered all my questions putting me at ease. Highly recommend them.
Nicky Molly did an exceptional job selling my parents' house. Her communication skills were top-notch, keeping us informed every step of the way. She acted quickly and efficiently, ensuring a smooth and swift selling process. Highly recommend Nicky for anyone looking for a dedicated and professional real estate agent!
Having dealt with Team Malloy over summer 2023, we had absolute confidence in their ability to be able to market & sell our property. They maintained constant communication with updates & enquiries. And were professional in their approach wit
Throughout the process of selling our house, we felt completely supported and secure under the guidance of the Molloys. Their professionalism, trustworthiness, and extensive knowledge of West Auckland’s real estate market were invaluable. The Molloys came highly recommended, especially considering our property required significant tender loving care to prepare it for sale. They have a team of highly professional and affordable tradespeople on standby, ready to perform a variety of repairs at a moment’s notice. This made the entire experience seamless and stress-free.
Second time using Team Malloy, now with their daughter on the team along with their office staff they get better and better. In a very stressful time in our lives Team Malloy where wonderful, all the help that was needed was provided, we did not have to look for help it was provided right from the get go. Awesome result selling at auction when not alot was selling. We will use them again and tell everyone who is thinking of selling or buying to go with them, Thanks Team Malloy
Very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. The work done prior to the listing resulted in a quick sale with a brilliant result in a slow market.
Prab Singh was amazing in helping us buy our first home. He was always there to answer our questions and made the whole process easy for us. He really understood what we were looking for and found us the perfect home. We highly recommend him to anyone buying a home. Thank you, Prab for all your help!
Our property went to market and unfortunately ended up needing works which Nicky & Mark went above and beyond guiding us through what was required and assisting organising this so it was seamless for us. They worked hard to get the property sold for us and we are so grateful.
